Strapped for resources within your team to get up and running as quickly as you want? livepro has CX Knowledge Experts who can provide assistance. Use our Knowledge Experts to supplement your team to work with your Project Manager and Subject Matter Experts so your customer service team have the answers to all customer questions setup in just a couple of weeks.

3. Guided

We come to you. Two blocks of face-to-face training broken down into easy to manage sessions. We set you up, train your team and help you structure a roll-out plan. Once you have populated your knowledge into the system (typically 4 to 6 weeks) we come back for a day to help develop your team into super users. Training is tailor made to suit your organisation and knowledge. Within 4 to 6 weeks you should be ready to launch with your own knowledge experts managing the system and delivering the answers to your Customer Service staff.
